Customer Service

As a member of our customer service team, we expect representatives to be able to help customers who call in as well as those purchasing through our site to make sure they make the best purchases for them and their needs. You will also be their main point of contact and will be expected to handle inquiries from customers with knowledge and understanding.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Skilled at using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and emails from customers, and helping them resolve their requests in a timely manner.
  • Assisting customers by identifying the correct product or equivalent product for their needs.
  • Creating orders from verbal communication or written PO.
  • Process customer complaints and warranty/return orders.

Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
